REFUND POLICY
At Nutrasyze, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure efficient handling of orders and returns. Upon receipt of an order, it is imperative that the receiver promptly inspects the shipment to verify completeness and condition. If any discrepancies are identified, immediate action must be taken to rectify the situation in accordance with Nutrasyze's Policies and Procedures.

RETURN POLICY
- Products may be returned within 30 days from the order date.
- Nutrasyze provides a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee to ensure customer confidence in our products.
- Product samples are not subject to return or a refund.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- In cases where an order is purchased but delivery is refused, Nutrasyze reserves the right to charge the purchaser for return shipping costs.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION PROCESS
- To initiate a return, customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers can be obtained by contacting the Returns Department at Nutrasyze via email at contactus@nutrasyze.com or via phone at 307-317-3061.
- Once an RA number is obtained, customers should send all returns to: Nutrasyze, Attn: Returns Department, 1712 Pioneer Ave, Ste 500, Cheyenne, WY 82001 - USA.

AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS & RETURNS
- Any commissions paid for an order that is subsequently returned will be deducted from the following Affiliate check.
- Nutrasyze reserves the right to withhold affiliate commissions for the full 30-day return policy period if necessary.
